Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for the ‘Team CelebPoker’ promotion are as follows:

• Winners of the Team CelebPoker promotion will be contacted directly and informed of which event Team CelebPoker will be attending.
• Players intending to represent Team CelebPoker must hold a valid passport.
• Where the prize offered is in the form of a tournament seat, the prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to another player.
• Members of Team CelebPoker will be obliged to exclusively wear CelebPoker merchandise during the events.The player will not remove or replace the CelebPoker.com logo, for the duration of the tournaments.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• I agree to actively promote Celebpoker.com to prospective players and Press, TV or Media during the duration of this contract.
• The prize does not include any travel and accommodation money. The player is responsible for making his own Hotel and flight reservations.
• Player winnings, won during the events in which they represent Team CelebPoker, will be split as followed: 75% for the player and 25% for CelebPoker. This percentage must be paid to CelebPoker within 7 days of receiving the prize money.
• CelebPoker will handle all live event registrations upon receiving all necessary documents and information from Team CelebPoker members.
• The Team CelebPoker Final will be rescheduled in the unlikely event that it gets cancelled due to technical problems.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of CelebPoker, the Poker Manager or Boss Media AB will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of the promotions without notice.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel/refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this/or part of this offer/promotion at any time.
• In order that the best and most consistent poker players have the chance to represent CelebPoker.com, Team CelebPoker will be disbanded after the close of the live event, when qualification a new Team will commence
• Players who are notified by email that they have qualified to play the 20 player MTT final must reply to the email no later than Monday March 3rd at 12pm GMT to accept the position to play in the MTT on March 5th. If players do not email linda@celebpoker.com to confirm they will be accepting the online qualifying seat they will not be added to the Team Celebpoker 20 player. MTT final on March 5th at 19:30GMT.
